CRT VIDEO SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS

1. SPONSOR This sweepstakes is sponsored by CRT Video.

2. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, family members, and associates of CRT Video are not eligible to enter.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. A donation will not improve your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The sweepstakes begins upon first posting and closes when all milestone criteria are met or on August 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, whichever comes first. Entries submitted after closing will not be valid.

5. HOW TO ENTER Participants may enter on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram for a maximum of six (6) total entries across all platforms. Each platform entry is independent.

To enter for the Toshiba DVR620 Prize on each platform:

• Follow the official CRT Video account on that platform

• Like, comment, and share the Main Sweepstakes pinned video

• Like, comment, and share the Toshiba pinned video with the comment "TOSHIBA"

To enter for the VHS Collector's Starter Kit Prize on each platform:

• Follow the official CRT Video account on that platform

• Like, comment, and share the Main Sweepstakes pinned video

• Like, comment, and share the VHS Starter Kit pinned video with the comment "VHS"

Entries that do not meet all criteria will be disqualified. One entry per person per platform per prize.

6. MILESTONE CRITERIA Winners for each prize will be drawn when the Main Sweepstakes TikTok video reaches all three of the following milestones:

• 100,000 Views

• 2,000 Likes

• 2,000 Shares

If milestones are not reached prior to August 1, 2026, entries will close and winners will be drawn from all valid entries received by that date.

7. PRIZES Prize 1 — Toshiba DVR620 VHS/DVD Recorder Combo Includes remote control. Approximate retail value: $150–$200.

Prize 2 — VHS Collector's Starter Kit Includes a Panasonic Omnivision VCR with remote control, VHS storage drawers, and twenty (20) classic VHS tapes. Winner may select from a provided list of substitute titles. Approximate retail value: $120–$150.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. CRT Video reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. WINNER SELECTION Two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries following the close of the sweepstakes. One winner per prize. Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be contacted via the social media account from which their entry was drawn. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. CRT Video is not responsible for notifications that go to spam or are otherwise undelivered.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Prizes will be shipped to winners within the continental United States at no cost to the winner. CRT Video is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

11. TAXES Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

12. DISQUALIFICATION CRT Video reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines to be fraudulent, made with fake or bot accounts, or otherwise not in compliance with these rules. CRT Video's decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.

13. RELEASE By entering, participants agree to release CRT Video and its representatives from any liability arising from participation in this sweepstakes or receipt of a prize.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram. Any questions or complaints regarding the sweepstakes should be directed to CRT Video, not to those platforms.
